I am desiring a very skilled surgeon to improve my damaged small nose.
I am hoping and believe you are that.
I have lost nasal projection via a negligent surgeon (8 years ago-whom performed an operation he should not have and consequently I have lost much of my natural nose which I loved).
Now,I have uneven extremely small nose;with crooked uneven nostrils.
I presently have 2 nasal tip med pore implants which gave a bit of badly needed structure.
But,I am extremely unhappy with this small nose I have on my face.I do realise nose surgery is most challenging after a number of operations. It is 3 years now since last operation,in attempt to rebuild.I have a wide uneven nose with distorted nostrils.
I would love my nose built up. and nostrils improved.I believe I look most strange with what is there now.And people whom knew me prior to bad surgery are shocked at my appearance-as I am also.
Would you be able to offer any advice please?
It sounds like you have been through a lot. I would have to see you or at least start by seeing some pictures so that I can give you a better idea of what would be involved and what a realistic outcome may be.
Building up a nose is dependent on the underlying structure support which is best done using natural cartilage rather than implants but more importantly, there has to be adequate skin to cover the new built-up framework.
In cases where skin is not available (such as Michael Jackson for example), forehead flap may be necessary to provide the proper skin coverage needed.
Again, I would have to see your pictures and then examine your nose to be able to give you a better idea of what is and is not possible.
