I had a chin implant but was to big for my and the doctor 18 days later remove the implant and put a little one but 15 days later he removed the implant completly because i didn’t like it and I need to return to Atlanta ( the operacion was in Ecuador)
After that I had a hard golf ball in my chin now is softer but still you can see a ball and I don;t have my “S” form right under my bottom lips.
I went to a Dr in Atlanta and he told me that i have a scar tissue and he can help me with steroid…
Le me Know if I can return to my original chin …please
I think with proper pre-op planning and discussion you could have better known what to expect so that you would not have needed to remove and replace the 1st implant so soon and then remove the 2nd one despite all the swelling that you must have had.
What’s done is done now.
I am not sure how long ago the last (2nd) surgery was but there will be swelling and scar tissue. You need to make sure there is no fluid pocket or infection although from your description, it does not sound like there is. But you do need to see some local surgeons as I cannot tell you what to do since I have not seen you and examined you.
Conservative injection of a few drops of steroids is not bad if there is scar tissue. It can help.
Dr. William Silver is a very well known and honest Facial Plastic Surgeon in Atlanta. You may want to see him and see what he would suggest.
