The tip of my nose is very crooked and has always bothered me a lot. Is this something that can be fixed with a nose job and why does this crookedness occur?
Answer:
I would have to see and examine your nose before I can tell you why the tip is crooked but most likely it is due to asymmetric Lower Lateral Cartilages or a crooked caudal septum or skin and nostril asymmetries or a combination of these. Significant improvements with a rhinoplasty or septorhinoplasty can be made although perfect symmetry is often unrealistic.
