Hi Dr Naderi,
I am an african american female who had rhinoplasty surgery done about 11months ago. I have noticed that every month since the surgery there has been a change in my nose and right now its to the point where im uncomfortable to be around people and for people to look at me from my side profile. The outcome of my rhinoplasty was not a good one. what is the cost of your rhinoplasty procedure and what kind of financing do your offer
Answer:
Hi,
I’m sorry to hear you have had a less than desirable outcome. It is very frustrating to spend time and money and go through elective Rhinoplasty only to know that you will need another one. Occasionally these revisions are due to the way patients heal but more often than not, its because the proper surgery was not done.
As time goes by and the nose heals, it continues to go through changes. If the surgery was done well then usually the nose gets better and better by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years. If it was done poorly then the nose can show its defects even more with time.
I would have to see and examine you to be able to tell you what your revision would cost. Some revisions may be as little as $3000 and others may be as much as $20,000. That is a wide range but then again, I see a very wide range of deformities than need correction. We do offer financing but before we even talk about financing or cost, we should talk about your nose, your goals and what is realistic surgically for you. If you like what I show you on computer imaging in my office or via a phone consult if you are not in DC, then my staff will discuss cost of Revision Rhinoplasty with you.
I hope that makes sense.
