Despite hating it immediately after cast removal, at about 2.5 weeks, it looks even  better than I expected it to before surgery.  I was satisfied with it by the time I went back in on Wednesday, but now the nostril area is starting to look human so now from most angles it really looks like a far cuter version of my usual face instead of my face with a cute alien object on it. It also now looks great from all the angles that I used to dislike in pictures with my old nose, and I'm guessing once the swelling goes down, the nose will look less puffy and more refined from the front view, which is my only remaining issue with it apart from waiting for the congestion to subside so I can better assess my new breathing abilities.   Thanks for the great work!

Hi Dr. Naderi,

I just wanted to let you know that the filler we did just in my bottom lip turned out PERFECT!!! It is exactly what I've always wanted to achieve with my lip – now the bottom lip is a bit pouty and the proportion with my top lip seems perfect to me (because I always felt like it was too big before). When you said I was going to like it, you weren't kidding! I really, really love it.

Just wanted to say thank you for your generosity and kindness, today. I was thinking I would only need one filler and one botox...like I got in july. Thank you for doing what you believed would do what would make my face look better...I really appreciate your kindness, and because you did it out of the goodness of your heart, not to just sell me more product because there was really no profit to be made by doing that. You're really one of a kind, and I say that very sincerely. I have never had a Surgeon of your status be so generous....and I have been doing botox since 2001..Believe me, you have my loyalty ...I will drive 2 1/2 hrs to see you. I was at your Chevy Chase office yesterday. I went in to address my eye's under bags issue. I had the need to write since I am looking myself at the mirror and for the first time in my entire life I like what I see! I am writing so you could please let Dr. Naderi know that he has done something wonderful not for how I look but for how I feel! He was concern about the bruising I might develop since my skin is very thin. NOTHING!!! I did want to mention that Dr. Naderi did the nasal labial lines and a little on the corners of the mouth a year ago March. He NEVER pushed me into having more and completely left it up to me as to what and how much I wanted to do. He told me what to do and not do immediately. Also, when I became concerned about swelling while on vacation out west and emailed him, he IMMEDIATELY sent me a text message on my phone to address the situation. I felt that he stood by his patients. So many people today offer fillers, so it is vitally important to find the doctor with the technique, but also the honesty and patient care.

Hi Dr. Naderi and Staff,

I'm interested in the liquid midface lift.

Dr. Naderi filled the naso labial folds last March with Juvederm XC Plus, I believe. I was beginning a trip out west and stopped in to have this done on the way. I liked how he didn't push anything on me, and basically asked me what I'd like. His staff was very pleasant… I've had the cheeks done in NYC almost a year ago, but it seemed (that) doctor put so much in the area near my nose that when I smiled it tended to 'stretch' that area. Plus, I wound up with some lopsidedness of my cheeks, as well as some unnatural looking naso labial lines and mouth, which was sort of a straight line. I also wound up with a huge bruise running from the cheek extending to my eye.

I have been watching videos of Dr. Naderi's technique for both cheek and naso labial fold injections and his explanations of where and how to do these injections, which make sense to me. Also, knowing he instructs other doctors gives me confidence in his expertise. I like that fact that he said the injector needs to be quick, meticulous, and gentle to avoid bruising.

As I look at younger women, celebrities etc. what I notice is that the malar region ( higher cheekbone slighted to the side of the head) is more pronounced, as is the zygomatic arch, although this may be the same area. Dr. Naderi mentioned working in a triangular fashion for the three dimensional effect.

It's a distance for me, but I want the best and it appears Dr. Naderi is that. He seems to know what he's doing. My watchword is less is more, however. Also, I know with hyaluronic acids, it's possible to have these injectables removed if any untoward effect develops, such as a lump or area that needs adjusting.

I had also mentioned a light or mild chemical peels for diminishing wrinkles as I've noticed lines in my face. I have very sensitive skin so I wasn't sure if this would be for me. Can this be done AFTER the injections, possibly another day, as I wouldn't want to do too much at once.

I wanted to express how happy I am, may be content is a better word. Actually, I do not even really think about my nose anymore, I only look at it in pics and have not even bothered to buy a mirror to look at the side profile in real time (somehow that is just to vain to me :), though I do have tons of profile shots! When I look at pictures of myself, I am surprised how much it has changed my face, most especially from the profile. I actually liked the nose pointing up, as it did in the first days after the surgery. The discriminating eye can tell that my nose has changed, because it so dominated my slender face before....one family member inquired about this. I am quite happy to talk about it. Other people, having a similar problem should not be afraid to pursue it, as personally knowing someone who has done it makes a difference, it did for me. My cousin saw my results and after 10 years of debating about it, will do her procedure later this year. Actually, not only do I look more feminine, but younger somehow. 

On a functional level, I can breathe easier now, as the passage ways are more open - this is going to really come in handy because I do a lot of outdoor activities, sometimes at high altitudes. I think that you did a lot more than what I initially expected, even the nose arch on the left/right looks better.

I first want to say thank you all for all the help through this process and preparation.

From the first day I walked into your lovely office I felt comfortable and knew this was the doctor I would trust with my life changing decision. I came across Dr. Naderi in 2010 on the web. I remember making an appt. for the Herndon office in March of 2010 but something came up and I had to cancel the appt.

A year passed and in February Dr. Naderi came across my mind again, I decided to make an appt. for consultation. Now I'm here!

It's the second day after the cast was removed and a week later after the surgery and I'm so very grateful and happy that I made this decision. I know it will take some time for total healing but my initial reaction was
feelings and emotions of "happiness".

I've attached 2 photos that I took yesterday morning. I know my nose will get better and better with the proper care.

This message is to encourage and help all teenagers that get into any kind of accidents. Dr Naderi and his staff are the best when it comes to caring and actual surgery.

My 14 year old daughter (Nessi) played handball at school and, as usual, went for the ball when given a chance. Unfortunately she bumped full force into a boy and broke her nose. As per school nurse when she called me: your daughter seems to have a severly displaced nose. When I picked her up she was still bleeding and sure enough, her nose was "moved over" a bit. We rushed to the emergency room and they confirmed that the nose was broken and took x-rays. We were told to wait for a couple of days and then see a plastic surgeon for follow-up. That surgeon referred us to Dr. Naderi as the expert for noses. Given that at that point it was already 1 week after the accident Dr. Naderi squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon. I believe they even stayed later just for us. The staff and Dr. Naderi were so personable and friendly. What impressed Nessi the most was that Dr. Naderi took some photos of her and then showed on his screen how she would look through manipulating the photo. Again - given the urgency they were able to get Nessi an appointment for surgery at Fair Oaks on Tuesday morning. Dr. Naderi explained all the options, saying that in best case she'd gave closed reduction, which shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. But if needed he would move directly towards open reduction. He explained the procedure and also gave the option to not do anything and have rhinoplasty some years later. We chose the surgery right away though.

The surgery went amazingly well. Dr. Naderi was able to fully get her nose back into place with an open reduction and it took just a few minutes. Nessi had a little splint on her nose and was feeling so well that she never took any pain medication.

"To top it all off and to show how much Dr. Naderi cares, here is the end of the story. Since Nessi had her homecoming dance coming up on Saturday (1.5 weeks after surgery) the plan was to get her splint of on Thursday before. However I had to go out of town and could not make this appointment. Dr. Naderi made time on his day off to see Nessi and remove the splint just so that she would be all "pretty" for her homecoming dance.

In a world were we too often hear that doctors put their own schedule in front of patients I was just blown away that somebody as busy and world renowned as Dr. Naderi would make time for a 14 year old girl.

I just wanted to let you know that the cortisone injection you gave me last month took down the residual swelling within the first day or so. Also, I realized that the reason my nose had still been sore  was more from the swelling and less from my two boys accidentally hitting my face every now and then. :-) My nose is much more malleable now. (Still a little numb underneath, but MUCH better than before injection.) 

Also, I really wanted to thank you and all of your staff. You all are amazing. In addition to being an excellent, skilled, and artistic surgeon, your interpersonal skills are incredible.
