"Hi Dr. Naderi,
I just wanted to let you know that the cortisone injection you gave me last month took down the residual swelling within the first day or so. Also, I realized that the reason my nose had still been sore was more from the swelling and less from my two boys accidentally hitting my face every now and then. :-) My nose is much more malleable now. (Still a little numb underneath, but MUCH better than before injection.)
Also, I really wanted to thank you and all of your staff. You all are amazing. In addition to being an excellent, skilled, and artistic surgeon, your interpersonal skills are incredible. You actually took the time to listen and hear my personal concerns, and even though you probably thought they were silly, you never made me feel that way. In addition, the fact that you mentioned God and not being able to do what "His hands can do" made a huge impact on me. So many doctors believe they are God or that science can replace God; however, I found your statement very humble and admirable. As for Sarah and Sabrina, they are extremely professional and helpful. Not once did I feel like I was in a plastic surgeon's office, being sized up or picked apart. Again, they helped answer all of my questions, no matter how tedious or how much reassurance I was looking for. The atmosphere you have created and your business model are the benchmark for success. Last and certainly not least, I am thrilled with the appearance of my reshaped nose. It fits my face, and everything that once stood out and bothered me has all but disappeared. My family and friends have all mentioned how good it looks. I am so happy to have gone through with this procedure with you and and will definitely recommend your practice!"-M.

You know, there are so many people out there, offering services, and I have been pleased over the years, but also gotten some 'bad deals' and one of the things I noticed almost immediately about your office: it's laid-back approach to some solid, "can live-with" advice, which often includes doing "nothing" versus doing "too much". Such a relief from the offices where services are pushed onto clients, just to extract a fee. I really appreciate your honesty and modesty and it's already showing in my face. Anyway, Jen, my face looks great, I'm still reeling from the massage (sorry I did not respond to you, but I was comatose by then! :-))) and the peel has given me a glow, and very little downtime, just immediate benefits. So I would love to make that part of my monthly routine.
